Video calling tools such as FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, can help when face to face is not available or the best choice and can be more effective than a phone call. These can also prove to be useful if you wish to view aspects of a property not shown through the listing.
Above all, it’s important that you’re taking precautions to ensure your personal safety, and the safety of others during your home search. • During regular circumstances, you may choose not to be home during a showing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, please use your discretion when it comes to this decision.
• Prior to confirming the property showing I will verify you (and the viewers) are symptom free and have not been in contact with anyone with a COVID-19 diagnosis.
• Buyers and Buyers Agent will be asked to sign a Waiver to reduce liability exposure.
